Landers Court (Truro)

Landers Court will be a brand new, purpose built residential care home, opening it’s doors in January 2027.

Crystal Care Collection is focused on making our homes not just luxury places for our residents to live, but also wonderful places for our team members to work.

Available Roles:

Care Manager

Deputy Managers (Days and Nights)

Senior Care Assistants (Days and Nights)

Care Assistants (Days and Nights)

Part Time Care Assistants (Mornings and Afternoons)

Maintenance Manager

Head Chef

Sous Chef

Kitchen Assistants

Head Housekeeper

Housekeeping Assistants

Laundry Assistants

You will be expected to work on a permanent rolling rota of three consecutive shifts on, followed by three consecutive shifts off.

Hourly Rate of Pay: £13.53- £18.22 per hour.
