Technical Support Advisor – Customer Experience Focus

What you’ll be doing

Supporting customers with confidence and care
You’ll listen carefully to understand each customer’s needs and guide them to effective technical solutions in a clear, reassuring way.
Creating positive customer experiences
By showing empathy, patience and understanding, you’ll help customers feel heard, supported and valued.
Identifying helpful product options
Where appropriate, you’ll suggest relevant upgrades or services that genuinely benefit the customer, passing warm leads to our sales team.
Working as part of a supportive team
You’ll collaborate with colleagues and team leaders who are focused on shared success, quality outcomes and continuous improvement.

5 days out of 7, between 8am–9pm
£26,520 annual salary
Bonus opportunity of up to £250 per month, plus uncapped bonus from successful lead generation
