Fence Erector – £140–£160/day → £200+ on price work (PAYE)

We’re looking for experienced fence erectors to work on new build housing sites across the Midlands.
This role suits installers who are confident working on their own and want to earn properly on price work.
The work:
- 1.8m closeboard fencing (digging, posts, rails, feather edge)
- Gates included on most plots
- Mainly working solo across plots (not stuck in gangs)
- Long runs of work on active sites
Pay:
- £140–£160/day to start (depending on experience)
- Move onto price work after trial period
- Realistic earnings £180–£220+ per day once on price
What we’re looking for:
- Experience installing fencing (site work preferred)
- Able to dig and install to a good standard without supervision
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
Transport & tools:
- Company van provided for work use
- Most days start from our yard to load materials before heading to site
- Own tools preferred (tools can be provided if needed)
