Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating sales leads. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact prospective and existing customers by telephone
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Book appointments and demonstrations for field or senior sales staff
- Follow up warm enquiries and previous quotes
- Identify customer needs and promote relevant products or services
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and call targets
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Support marketing campaigns and outbound calling initiatives
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, internal sales, or a call-based sales role
- Confident telephone manner with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Good IT skills (CRM, email, MS Office)
Desirable:
- B2B sales experience
- Experience working with targets and KPIs
- Knowledge of [industry – e.g. fire safety, security, utilities
