Berwick Community Trust are currently recruiting for a permanent, part time morning cleaner to clean The William Elder Building. The William Elder Building is a multi-functional space with Conference and Meeting facilities as well permanent tenant offices.
The role includes:
· Cleaning all public areas of building (hoover, dust and empty bins)
· Cleaning Toilets, sinks and cubicles, restocking toilet rolls and handtowels
· Cleaning all Meeting and Conference Rooms (hoover, dust, empty bins, clean tables)
· Cleaning tenant offices (hoover, empty bins)
· Regular cleaning of all glass within the building and be able to use ladders confidently
· Maintain a good supply of stock and liaise with Finance to order supplies
· Be confident and responsible for un-alarming/re alarming tenant offices and be confident in using the alarm panel and keyholder duties
· Maintain Data Confidentiality
· Cleaning Tea towels and cloths etc
Candidates must be reliable and comfortable with lone working and ideally have a COSHH and/ or Health and Safety Certificate, or willing to work towards. These courses will be online and can be done at home in your own time.
Hours of work will be 8 per week:
Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 8:30am
Friday 7:00am – 9:00am
Salary is £13.45 per hour with a supplement of £13 per month paid to cover cost of washing tea towels etc.
