Full job description

We are looking for an efficient and organised lettings & sales negotiator to join our close-knit and busy team. The lettings & sales negotiator will look after potential tenants and buyers, ensuring that we understand their needs and can match them with the right properties. The right candidate will be interested in people and have exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities and duties.

Answer telephones, directing calls as appropriate. This will include answering questions about rental and sales properties, maintenance requests and more.

Assist in booking inspections, repairs, viewings, scheduled maintenance.

Assist in preparing contracts, ensure timely signatures.

Assist the lettings team with rent reviews and contract renewals.

Assist the sales team with research and in arranging marketing materials.

Track ‘for sale’ and ‘to let’ boards.

Qualifications and skills.

A-levels or equivalent.

Proficient with MS Office.

Previous experience in a property-related role desirable but not essential.

Experience of an admin related role required.

UK driving licence required.

Must be able to prioritise a fast moving workload, and know when to ask for help.

Must have an aptitude for customer service.

Must have initiative.

Must be open to – and keen for – learning and development.
