Business Partner/Client Service Associate

What you will be doing:

This role blends client relationship building with administrative support, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth business operations. We are looking for a confident, personable Business Partner/ Client Service Associate to be the trusted face our clients turn to— someone who thrives on solving problems, building rapport, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes

Main responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management – serve as the primary daily contact for client accounts. Act as the face of the firm to build trust, resolve queries, and handle escalations / complaints professionally
Onboarding & compliance - guide new clients through the onboarding process, which includes assisting with contracts, executing Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, and updating CRM databases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - partner with internal departments (e.g., Bookkeepers, Accountants, Finance, Payroll) to resolve client issues and execute requests smoothly
MazApp Support- triage incoming manual and electronic communications / workflows to ensure teams work with work-ready files.

You will bring:

Proven experience within client services, account management or a professional services support role
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging across all levels of the business
Demonstrates a flexible approach to problem solving and ability to think strategically and autonomously
Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail
Respectful, trustworthy, polite, honest, and strong work ethic

You don’t need accountancy knowledge to succeed, we will teach you everything you need to know.
