At Searivers Leisure, nestled alongside the stunning Ynyslas Beach, we're more than just a holiday park—we're a family-owned and operated business built on creating unforgettable experiences for our caravan owners and holiday guests.

Our visitors return year after year for the peaceful surroundings, spectacular scenery, beautiful estuary walks, dog-friendly atmosphere, welcoming Bistro serving authentic Thai cuisine, and, above all, the warm, personal service they receive from our team.

We're proud that guests regularly tell us our staff are one of the main reasons they keep coming back.

Now we're looking for someone special to join that team.

About the Role:

As the first face our guests and owners see, our Front Desk Receptionist plays an important part in creating the warm welcome we're known for.

No two days are ever the same. You'll be helping holiday makers begin their well-earned break, assisting caravan owners, answering enquiries, coordinating bookings, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of reception.

Most importantly, you'll be helping create memorable experiences for everyone who visits Searivers.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
Positive, enthusiastic, and willing to go the extra mile.
Organised and able to manage a variety of tasks.
Confident using computers and handling telephone and email enquiries.
A true team player who enjoys working within a close-knit, supportive team.
Calm under pressure and able to maintain a welcoming attitude, even during busy periods.

Previous customer service or reception experience is desirable, but equally important is your attitude, personality, and willingness to learn.
