Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Barista/Bartender, where your energy and passion for creating exceptional beverage experiences will shine! In this dynamic role, you will craft delicious coffee drinks and refreshing cocktails while delivering outstanding customer service. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Mix and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all safety and legal guidelines
Ensure all food safety standards are maintained, including proper handling and sanitation of equipment and ingredients
Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations
Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light menu items when needed
Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods through effective time management
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces to uphold hygiene standards

Experience

Previous barista experience or bartending background is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper sanitation procedures
Experience serving customers in fast-paced environments with a focus on excellent service
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a lively atmosphere
