We are looking for a creative, motivated, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital environment while learning directly from experienced marketing professionals.
In this role, you will support a wide range of marketing activities including social media management, digital campaigns, and content creation. You will play a key part in growing online presence, engaging with our audience, and developing valuable, in-demand digital marketing skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
· Support the planning and execution of digital marketing activities to increase website traffic, generate leads, and improve engagement.
· Assist with updating website content, ensuring it is clear, accurate, and engaging.
· Carry out basic SEO tasks to help improve website visibility in search engines.
· Monitor website performance using analytics tools and help identify areas for improvement.
Social Media Management
· Assist in managing company social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn).
· Help create engaging, on-brand social media posts, stories, and campaigns.
· Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
· Monitor social media activity and respond to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner.
Content Creation
· Support the creation of engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
· Help write captions, short articles, and promotional copy.
· Research trends, audience interests, and competitor activity to generate content ideas.
· Collaborate with the wider team to produce visually engaging and informative marketing content.
Campaign Support & Optimisation
· Assist with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital channels.
· Track campaign performance and engagement metrics.
· Help test different content formats and approaches to improve performance and reach.
· Support reporting on campaign outcomes and key insights.
Market Research & Industry Awareness
· Conduct research into industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
· Support analysis of customer engagement and feedback across digital platforms.
· Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and digital marketing best practices.
