Full job description

Do you want to work in a front-line Reception service?

Do you want to support young people and adults with their next steps in education?

This exciting role will include:

Providing a professional and welcoming enquiry service to our adult learners and college visitors.
Providing information to prospective and existing students about the range of provision and wider support services at the College.
Dealing with enquiries in-person, by email, and telephone.
Supporting college events for new applicants.

If you can demonstrate the following, then we’d love to hear from you:

Experience in a high-volume customer service role with commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Strong administrative and digital skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently.

Closing date: Friday 4th September

Interview Date: TBC

College location: Based at our Eastbourne Campus

Annual salary: £24,500 FTE – Will be pro-rated for hours worked and weeks

For example, if start date is 1st September actual salary £5,060

Hours: 9 hours per week, 38 weeks per year Term time only
Tuesdays 4.30-7.30pm & Thursdays 1.30-7.30pm
