Summary

Are you passionate about social media and marketing? We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at MP Group UK. In this role, you will manage our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and Instagram, to showcase our exciting construction projects, build our brand, and engage with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a social media marketing strategy across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
Capture high-quality photos and videos of ongoing construction sites to highlight our work.
Edit and create engaging video content for social media platforms.
Manage day-to-day social media accounts, ensuring consistent and timely content posting.
Collaborate with the team to create promotional content and build brand awareness.
Monitor social media engagement and track performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the construction or related industries.
Strong photography and videography skills with experience in editing content.
Proficient with social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram) and social media management tools.
Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and writing skills for crafting engaging posts.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
A strong understanding of marketing and branding principles.
