Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: DCW Greendale Business Park, Exeter
Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Salary: £28,673 - £31,257 basic salary + Commission + Benefits
About the Role:
Ready to take your sales career to the next level? We’re looking for a driven and energetic Inside Sales Executive to play a vital role in driving sales growth for our DCW contract, helping businesses find the right waste management solutions.
What will I be doing?
- Making high-volume outbound calls and handling inbound enquiries
- Generating and converting new business leads
- Building strong relationships and closing sales over the phone
- Managing your pipeline through CRM and smashing sales targets
- Working closely with teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new contracts
- Engaging in customer feedback to ensure service offerings meet customer expectations.
- Working within company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and business objectives.
What we're looking for
- Experience in telesales or outbound sales (B2B or B2C)
- A confident communicator with a real passion for sales
- Target-driven, resilient, and motivated to succeed
- Comfortable making high volumes of calls
- Strong organisational skills and good IT/CRM knowledge
