Brizzolaris is an Authentic Italian Coffee Bar based in Dalton-in-Furness. The business was first opened in 1908 by Angelo Brizzolari and has been reinvented into a small, friendly Italian Cafe and Coffee Bar, serving homemade Italian cuisine, cakes, ice cream and Italian blend coffee.
We have also recently opened a second site in Ulverston, Sulla Via, our Italian Coffee Bar and Deli.
Job description
A exciting opportunity to work for an expanding company.
The role advertised is for an experienced Barista to work part-time within our FOH team across Dalton and Ulverston. As we are a small, family-run company, each of our Front-of-House Team members are required to assist in all areas of Front of House to ensure effective running of the business.
This is a great opportunity for enthusiastic, committed individuals, who are currently looking for a new challenge. The successful application will undergo full training to ensure top quality service is provided to our customers at every visit.
We are currently seeking to recruit individuals with the following skills/qualities:
Minimum of 1 Years Barista Experience
Friendly and approachable
Hardworking, keen and willing to learn
Adaptable and flexible
Reliable and consistent
Great organisational skills
Great timekeeping track record
Ability to work to own initiative
Ability to successfully work within a small team and work alone when required
Ability to review processes and procedures
Ability to confidently work to set instructions, i.e. stock take, order processing, cash handling
