Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled IT Specialist to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across various platforms and systems. Duties

Manage and maintain cloud-based services, including AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Azure, ensuring high availability and security of cloud infrastructure
Develop, test, and deploy applications using programming languages such as Python and Java, adhering to best practices in software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Administer and support operating systems including Windows and Linux, ensuring optimal performance and security compliance
Design, develop, and consume APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) for system integrations and data exchange
Maintain databases using SQL and Oracle, performing regular backups, tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure data integrity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement DevOps practices that streamline deployment pipelines and automate workflows
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues proactively, and implement solutions to minimize downtime
Support network infrastructure and security protocols to safeguard organizational data against cyber threats

Skills

Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure for infrastructure management
Strong proficiency in SQL databases including Oracle; ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance
Programming expertise in Python and Java for application development and automation tasks
Solid understanding of operating systems like Windows and Linux; capable of troubleshooting OS-level issues
Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automation processes
Familiarity with APIs for integrating different software systems effectively
Understanding of SDLC methodologies for managing software projects from inception through deployment
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system maintenance and upgrades
