Position: Lettings Co-Ordinator/Maintenance Administrator
Package: Wage dependant on experience.
Location: Office base Ulverston covering the surrounding area including Barrow In Furness.
An exciting opportunity for a Lettings Co-Ordinator/Maintenance Administrator has arisen to join a market leading Lettings company on a permanent basis.
As Lettings Co-Ordinator/Maintenance Administrator you will be part of a successful Lettings team and will be responsible for:
· Conducting tenant inspections
· Managing a portfolio of properties
. Carrying out Viewings
. Maintaining a strong relationship with all landlords and managing expectations
. Overseeing and organising maintenance with approved contractors
. Day to day administrative duties
The successful Lettings Co-Ordinator/Administrator will have the following skill set:
· Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Full UK driving license with use of a car (business travel expenses paid). We do also have a company car that can be used for appointments.
Experience is preferred.
