Join Braddan Community Hub as a Senior Community Support Worker and deliver person centred support across homes, schools, community settings and the Hub. Work directly with children and young people with complex needs, delivering outreach and short term support packages and providing 1 to 1 and 2 to 1 support, while building strong relationships with families and partner professionals. You will also guide Community Support Workers, contribute to supervision and development, and play a key role in the day to day running of the service.

Subject to meeting eligibility criteria, the IOM Public Service offers two pension arrangements: the Isle of Man Government Unified Scheme 2011or the Isle of Man Government Defined Contribution (DC) Arrangement.
20 days annual leave which will increase after a number of years’ service and 10 Bank Holidays.
