Los Mochis is seeking an outstanding Head Host/Receptionist to support one of the biggest and most talked about new openings of 2024. Our flagship elevates the London dining scene in a stunning restaurant & outdoor terrace on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street. Los Mochis City is our second location in London following the opening of the highly acclaimed Los Mochis Notting Hill.

Our Head Host will assist the Reception Manager in overseeing the reception team. The Head Host will play a pivotal role in the achievement of strategic departmental goals,especially in the area of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manages daily reception shift operations and ensures compliance with all restaurant policies,standards and procedures.
Provide the leadership,vision and direction to bring together and prioritise the departmental goals in an efficient and effective way.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement,striving for excellence in every member and guest interaction.
An enthusiastic and proactive person who is happy and confident working in all areas of the front of house.
A hands-on,natural leader who can recruit,train and develop the reception team.
Able to work with integrity,excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Maximise covers and seating allocations. Smooth door to table and way-out operations between floor and host team.
Select,train,evaluate,lead,motivate,coach,and discipline reception team members.

Requirements/skills:

Proven experience as a Head Host/Receptionist or similar role,preferably in a high-volume,upscale dining establishment.
Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing an outstanding dining experience.
Strong organisational and time management skills,with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities,with a proactive and hands-on approach to resolving issues.
Professional use of OpenTable is essential

As a Head Hostess we would love you to have

Proven experience working in a fast-paced,high-quality restaurant environment,ideally in a front-of-house leadership or hosting role.
Exceptional attention to detail,ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and delivering outstanding customer service.
Strong English communication skills,both verbal and written,with a professional and approachable manner.
Committed to upholding and enforcing service and presentation standards throughout the front-of-house team.
A driven and ambitious attitude,with a proactive approach to learning and professional growth.
Must have the legal right to work in the UK or hold pre-settled/settled status.
