Pixory is one of the fastest-growing POD ecommerce brands in the world. We're redefining how people create, print, and preserve their memories, through design, innovation, and a product experience that feels magical.
We're now looking for a senior Commerce Manager to own everything customers see and interact with on our website. This is a hands-on operational role with real strategic weight. You'll keep the storefront clean, accurate, and reliable day to day, lead merchandising strategy, and help us build a faster, smarter CMS as we scale.
You'll report directly to our CTO and co-founder, and you'll be trusted to lead your own projects without being managed line by line.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Site Content & Merchandising
You’ll keep existing site content accurate and up to date, including:
- Pricing, product details, and copy
- Banners, sections, and PDP updates
- Making sure the right products are live at the right time
- Owning the merchandising logic behind what we show, where, and when, so the storefront sells as well as it informs
2. Merchandising Strategy & Experimentation (CRO)
You'll own how the site converts, not just how it looks:
- Planning and running A/B tests across pages, layouts, and offers
- Using data to decide what to ship, what to kill, and what to scale
- Bringing a clear point of view on conversion, merchandising, and UX, backed by results you've delivered before
- Turning test learnings into repeatable playbooks for the team
3. Discounts, Offers & Sales
You’ll create and manage our promotions, helping launches run smoothly:
- Setting up discounts and offers
- Checking promos apply correctly and end on time
- Ensuring everything is schedule for the go-live date & time
3. Launch Support
You’ll support new product releases and sales by:
- Preparing site updates ahead of launch
- Executing fully comprehensive QA checks before things go live
- Creating SOP’s to help launches feel smooth and efficient
- Coordinating the moving parts across design, dev, and ops so nothing slips
4. Site Checks & Ongoing Care
You’ll regularly review the site from a customer’s point of view:
- Checking pages, links, pricing, and checkout flows
- Flagging anything broken or unclear
- Staying aligned with Customer Support and Operations on any issues
5. Making Things Easier Over Time
As our tools evolve, you’ll help improve how we manage the site:
- Suggesting faster, simpler ways to update content
- Helping build a more flexible & self-managing CMS setup with our devs
- Reducing friction in day-to-day site changes
- Owning the operational backbone of the storefront so the whole team moves faster
Who You Are
You're a detail-driven operator who enjoys keeping complex systems clean, accurate, and reliable. You take pride in making sure everything customers see is correct, intentional, and live exactly when it should be.
You're senior enough to hold a strong opinion, and you're comfortable saying no when something isn't right.
More specifically:
- You have 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, website operations, or digital merchandising, with a track record of owning the storefront, not just executing on it
- You have strong, demonstrable CRO experience and can walk us through tests you've run on previous sites and the results they drove
- You're very data-driven and make decisions based on what the numbers actually show
- You're operationally strong: product launches, A/B testing, and keeping a CMS organised are second nature
- You're comfortable working inside CMS platforms, admin panels, and ecommerce tools
- You've managed site content, pricing, promos, or product pages before and understand how small errors have big impact
- You have extreme attention to detail and notice inconsistencies others miss, then fix them proactively
- You understand modern branding and design, and you care about how things look as well as how they perform
- You're organised, methodical, and naturally QA-minded
- You can follow structured processes, and you improve them over time
- You're reliable under pressure, especially around launches and sales periods
- You communicate clearly with designers, developers, ops, and support teams
- You have a strong character that fits our culture: you can lead projects with your own ideas, push back when needed, and run without micromanagement
- You enjoy ownership and being trusted
Bonus if you:
- Have worked in DTC or POD ecommerce
- Have experience with Shopify, headless setups, or custom CMS environments
- Have a sharp grasp of conversion, merchandising, or UX principles
