About the role

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to implement finance and treasury regulatory frameworks. You'll provide oversight on relevant obligations and related controls

What you'll be doing

Providing oversight on compliance obligations for finance and treasury operations across the business
Ensuring high-quality regulatory mapping
Challenging, assessing, and implementing policies from scratch
Reviewing 1LoD compliance approvals for finance and treasury products, and providing appropriate feedback
Ensuring a robust, company-wide training and competency programme
Overseeing horizon scanning for relevant geographies
Reviewing and challenging 1LoD review of incidents to ensure effective remediation
Identifying regulatory issues proactively and recommending solutions to promote compliance

What you'll need

7+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
Expertise in finance and treasury regulatory obligations (safeguarding, CASS, depositor protection, global booking models, FRTB, etc.)
A university degree in STEM, business, or finance
Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis
Familiarity with policy creation and implementation
A solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
The ability to communicate positively with members of various internal teams and regulators
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English
