About the Role:

Easy Grab Go Ltd is looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive Store Assistant to join our team at our Romford store. You will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, supporting daily operations, and ensuring customers enjoy a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer questions, and provide excellent service at all times.

Store Operations:
Support the daily operation of the store, including opening/closing tasks, cleaning, maintaining hygiene standards, and following health & safety procedures.

Cash & Payment Handling:
Assist customers with card payments and self-service token machines, following company procedures and reporting any issues to the Store Manager.

Stock & Prize Management:
Replenish stock, organise and display prizes neatly, keep machines stocked where required, and help maintain an attractive store presentation.

Store Maintenance:
Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-organised, ensuring equipment and customer areas are in good condition. Report any maintenance or operational issues promptly.

Team Support:
Work closely with the Store Manager and colleagues, follow instructions, and contribute to a positive and cooperative working environment.

Requirements & Working Pattern:

Hours: Flexible working hours, including full-time and part-time opportunities.
Shifts: Must be available to work daytime, evening, weekends, and public holidays as required. Closing shifts on Fridays and Saturdays may finish at or after 23:00.
Must have the right to work in the UK and complete satisfactory identity checks.
Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Honest, responsible, and able to follow company procedures and health & safety guidelines.

Pay: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
