As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join the team. Whether you’re a Junior QS ready to step up or an experienced Senior QS, we’re focused on finding the right person and are flexible on level for the right fit.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in the successful commercial delivery of projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered profitably and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Manage project costs throughout the full project lifecycle
Prepare valuations, budgets, forecasts, and final accounts
Procure, negotiate, and manage subcontractor packages
Monitor commercial performance and identify risks and opportunities
Work collaboratively with operational teams to maximise profitability
Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Support accurate reporting and financial control across multiple projects

About You

Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Good understanding of construction contracts and cost management
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Ambitious, driven, and eager to develop within a high performing business
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline preferred
