Job Description

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:00 - 16:00 and 16:00 - 00:00, rotating each 2 weeks, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary of £29,870 depending on skills and experience, plus an additional shift allowance.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting operational administration through accurate reporting, effective coordination, and clear communication across teams.

Act as a key contact for admin queries, resolving or escalating as needed
Produce and maintain accurate hours worked reports
Manage ATREA system activities, including reporting and exceptions
Work collaboratively with Operations, Finance, HR, and IT
Support process improvements and carry out SOP audits
Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects

Profile:

Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills
Confident using Excel and handling data
Clear and effective communicator
Builds positive working relationships
Well-organised and able to meet deadlines
Proactive with a focus on continuous improvement
