MHI Direct Account Manager (Maternity Cover – Fixed Term Contract)

Beijer Ref UK is a leading refrigeration and air conditioning wholesaler, with 40 branches throughout the UK and Ireland. We are committed to delivering exceptional service, high-quality products, and industry-leading support across the UK and Ireland.

We are looking for an MHI Direct Account Manager to join our MHI Direct team on a fixed-term maternity cover basis. In this role, you will support the growth of our MHI product range by building strong relationships with contractors, handling enquiries and quotations, and delivering a responsive and professional customer experience.

This role is key to helping us increase customer engagement and drive repeat business by ensuring customers receive a reliable, accurate and consistent service every time.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer enquiries and prepare accurate quotations
Proactively follow up quotations to secure orders and gain feedback
Build and develop strong customer and internal relationships
Promote MHI products (Splits, VRF and Saf Ventilation) primarily via telephone
Maintain accurate records of customer activity using CRM systems (3DD and D365)
Develop product knowledge and understanding of applications and suitability
Achieve agreed KPIs and sales targets within your assigned region
Proactively contact a minimum of 15 customers per day

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent attention to detail when preparing quotations
Proactive, motivated and customer-focused approach
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Willingness to learn and develop technical and commercial knowledge
Confidence using IT systems including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Resilient with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
