Project Coordinator Apprentice (Stores & Logistics)

You will work closely with both our project and engineering teams, gaining hands-on experience across stores management, logistics coordination, administration, and project support duties in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

The Role
As a Project Coordinator Apprentice, you will support the day-to-day operations of the business through a varied role that combines stores, logistics, and administrative responsibilities.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Managing stock and handling goods in/out
- Organising and maintaining the stores area
- Preparing equipment and materials for engineers
- Assisting with project scheduling and coordination
- Supporting the completion of RAMS and project documentation
- Updating records, paperwork, and internal systems
- Communicating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent time-management skills
- Detail-focused, especially when handling paperwork and documentation
- Eager to learn and develop within a varied role
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident using basic IT systems including Microsoft Office, emails, and data entry
Desirable (but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous stores or warehouse experience
