<p><span><strong>Equans is looking for a CCTV Control Room Operator to join our team in National Operations Centre Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire ST4 1AY on a 12th month fixed term contract. This is a full time role working 42 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £29,455.58 per annum and benefits package.</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><strong>Shift Pattern:</strong></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>24/7 shift pattern - 4 days 0700-1900, 4 off, 4 nights 1900-0700, 4 off <strong><br><br></strong></span><span><strong><span>What will you deliver?</span></strong></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p>Perform a key role in all aspects of the National Operations Centre, managing site alarm activations, including CCTV verification and to facilitate appropriate escalation. Must have experience with the Microsoft Office 365 package including MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel & Word. </span></li> <li><span>Experience of contributing to incident management /command and control operations.</span></li> <li><span>Previous security or service desk experience and experience / training in fire safety and first aid.</span></li> <li><span>Previous CCTV & access control knowledge. An understanding of CCTV operations and equipment.</span></li> <li><span>Excellent communication skills, including high standards of written and spoken English.
