Registered Manager
Adult Supported Living and Domiciliary care.
Location: Hybrid Split between London and Luton.
Hours: 2-3 Days per Week (Flexible).
Salary: £150 to £170 per day (plus travel allowance), permanent.

The Role This isn’t your typical Registered Manager role. We are offering a part-time position with a completely different pace and structure, including no on-call duties (unless absolutely necessary). You will be working directly with the Regional Manager to split operational responsibilities evenly.

We are seeking a dedicated professional to become our registered manager working alongside our Regional and Area Managers.

This is a unique part-time opportunity designed for a leader who excels at maintaining high regulatory standards while working collaboratively within a regional structure.

This role is unique unlike other Registered manager roles you are not on your own and will work with our regional manager and the area managers, you will not have any on call time as this covered between the Regional and Area managers.

The Reality (Please Read) We are a very close-knit team, and it is vital that you fit our dynamic.

No Egos: We practice true servant leadership. No one is above anyone else here. If the team needs help, we jump in-whether that means high-level strategy or cleaning a toilet. If you are looking for a role where you can sit back and issue demands, this is not the job for you.
We deal with high-complexity clients and have seen a lot in this industry. A sense of humor-often a dark one-is how we cope and stay sane. You need to have thick skin and the ability to laugh with us.

The Support Network You won't be doing this alone. You will be supported by:

Group MD & Regional Manager.
Two Area Managers (One of whom will assist with your training).
Care Support Manager.
Placements Manager.

About You:
We are looking for a candidate who is organised, mobile, and authoritative in their knowledge of care standards.

Experience: Proven track record as a Registered Manager (CQC) with a solid history of compliance.
Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Mobility: Ability to travel between London and Luton (travel expenses/allowance provided).
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to report effectively to regional leadership.
Mindset: A "quality-first" approach with the flexibility to manage a dual-location portfolio.
