Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Quality Assurance Specialist and play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of product safety, quality, and compliance. In this energetic and detail-oriented position, you will be responsible for implementing rigorous quality assurance processes, conducting thorough analysis, and maintaining compliance with industry standards such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance protocols to uphold product safety and quality standards.
Conduct detailed analysis of production processes, raw materials, and finished goods to identify areas for improvement.
Perform regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality checks, audit results, and corrective actions taken.
Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
Lead investigations into product deviations or non-conformities, recommending corrective and preventive measures.

Requirements

Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or food production environment.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify root causes of issues.
Knowledge of HACCP principles and implementation is essential.
Excellent attention to detail combined with proactive problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and train team members.
Relevant certifications in quality assurance or food safety are a plus.

Pay: £75,000.00 per year
