Overview

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Team Leader, where you'll play a pivotal role in guiding daily operations on the production floor. This energetic position offers the opportunity to lead a team dedicated to delivering high-quality products efficiently and safely. As a key driver of productivity, you will foster a collaborative environment, ensure adherence to safety standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of production workers to meet daily output goals while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Assign tasks, and monitor progress to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and proper use of equipment.
Conduct regular checks of machinery and work areas to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
Support training initiatives by mentoring team members.
Maintain accurate production records, report feedback on performances, and document any incidents or deviations from standard procedures.

Requirements

Proven experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments with hands-on familiarity with assembly processes.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, communicate clearly, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills for recording data, updating logs, and communicating with team members.
