We are looking for a Corporate Risk Manager to join our team. You'll be on a permanent, full-time basis, working 36 hours per week.

We offer flexible working arrangements where the role allows. This role can be based at one of our sites or offices at home, or worked on a hybrid pattern. If the majority of your working week will be based at our London office, you will receive a premium on top of the advertised salary. This will be discussed further at interview.

This is a great opportunity for someone with proven risk management experience to develop and lead on English Heritage's risk procedures. You will lead the organisation's approach to risk management, providing expert analysis, challenge and insight to support decision-making and strengthen risk culture at all levels.

As Corporate Risk Manager you will own our risk management framework ensuring it remains effective, proportionate and embedded across the organisation. You will work with senior leaders and governance bodies to ensure risk-taking is aligned to strategic objectives.

To be considered as a Corporate Risk Manager, you'll need:

Proven risk management experience in a large organisation or consultancy.
Experience of developing and supporting organisational risk registers to ensure clarity at a corporate level.
The ability to identify and evaluate key risks and internal control mechanisms and focus on important issues.
The ability to influence, persuade and build strong relationships with key senior stakeholders.
