Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Education Manager to lead our educational initiatives and programmes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing educational strategies that enhance learning outcomes. This role requires a strong leader with excellent presentation and communication skills, who is committed to fostering a positive learning environment.

Duties

Develop and implement educational programmes that align with organisational goals and objectives.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching methodologies and staff development.
Collaborate with educators to assess the effectiveness of current teaching practices and make necessary improvements.
Utilise Adobe Captivate to create engaging e-learning content and instructional materials.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of educational initiatives, providing feedback and support where necessary.
Facilitate communication between staff, students, and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends in education technology and pedagogy to continually improve programme offerings.

Experience

Proven experience in an educational management role or similar position.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Demonstrated teaching experience is highly desirable, showcasing a solid understanding of educational practices.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and effectively.
