Full job description

We are a fast-growing young brand looking for a reliable and organised Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day finances and stock records.

You will work independently, with support from the Director, and take responsibility for keeping everything accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

Keep Xero fully up to date and correctly organised.
Reconcile bank accounts, invoices, payments and expenses.
Prepare monthly financial reports for the Director.
Carry out stock-taking and maintain accurate stock records.
Identify and resolve any discrepancies.
Keep financial documents and records organised.

About You

Experienced in bookkeeping and confident using Xero.
Organised, accurate and reliable.
Able to work independently and take ownership of the role.
Agile and comfortable working within a fast-growing business.

Working Hours

Part-time, one or two days per week between Monday and Friday. Exact days can be agreed.

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
