Position: Timber Truss Fabricator / Workshop Operative
Location: Saxilby
Hours: Full‑time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
What You’ll Do
- Manufacture roof trusses, floor joists, and other engineered timber components to precise specifications
- Operate saws, presses, jigs, and workshop machinery (training provided)
- Read and follow technical drawings and cutting lists
- Work as part of a skilled, supportive production team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
- Contribute to high‑quality output and reliable delivery for our customers
