Job Summary
We are looking for an organised and experienced Onsite Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy logistics and warehouse facility. You'll be responsible for managing teams, overseeing warehouse operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring high standards of safety and performance. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily depot operation to ensure efficient parcel distribution.
- Lead, motivate, and support delivery drivers and on-site staff.
- Monitor operational performance and ensure KPIs are achieved.
- Coordinate vehicle loading and dispatch schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and company procedures.
- Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Liaise with senior management regarding performance, staffing, and operational improvements.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reporting.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through effective operational management.
