Hustyn Hotel, Cornwall is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Assistant Bartender to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will support bar operations by preparing and serving beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and helping maintain a clean and welcoming bar environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests and visitors
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory management
Handle customer orders accurately and efficiently
Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations
Support senior bar staff during busy service periods
Assist with opening and closing bar procedures
Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism
Requirements
Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Flexible and reliable approach to work
Knowledge of beverage service and bar operations is advantageous
Relevant hospitality qualification is beneficial but not essential
