Due to growth, we now have an opportunity for an Electrical Supervisor to join our team.

A bit about what you’ll be doing:
- Ensure SOPs and procedures are adhered to
- Read, interpret and guide the team on electrical drawings
- Prepare reports and documentation
- Maintain schedules
- Be present and oversee overtime
- Conduct return to works, probations and appraisals for team members
- Participate in employee relation activities as requested
- Quality check and sign off their teams’ work and dead testing
- Attend weekly production meetings
- Assign work to team members
- NICEIC for team members
- Daily, weekly & monthly health and safety workshop walkrounds / checks, feeding back to the Foreman as required
- Ensure all team members are wearing appropriate PPE for the task
- Ensure team members are punctual for work, breaks and finish
- Identify training requirements and raise to relevant person
- Assist QHSE Manager on toolbox talks
- Return red pen drawings to the Design team
What we are looking for:
- Proven working experience as a lead electrician
- Excellent understanding of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
- Fully qualified 18th Edition
- Decision making ability and leadership skills
- Time management and organisation skills
- NICEIC knowledge / qualifications
