This is a key role to e2m as you are not only there to deliver a solution to the clients maintenance issue but also our ambassador in the field. All site visits must be conducted professionally and safely with a first time fix always the aim of the visit.
The work can be varied from reactive maintenance call out to a care home with a broken lock to completing new build or refurbishment project for a high-profile high-street hospitality client across the UK. Both are equally as important.
The majority of the role will be field based however there will be a requirement to visit the office when required.
Duties to include:
- Undertake reactive maintenance assignments in such a manner to support the objectives of the client.
- Complete new build and refurbishment projects to a high standard and on a fixed schedule.

- fire door maintenance and installation.
- Complete planned maintenance and minor works installations.
- Ensure the facilities are maintained to the levels specified and in line with the Service Level Agreements in place.
- Carry out minor works with a first fix attitude
- Undertake planned joinery maintenance work
- Undertake maintenance duties in such a manner to support the objectives of the client
- Ensure safe operation of all plant, equipment and tools following safe working methods at all times.
- An ability to operate electronic tablet system and to complete duties such as submitting time sheets and expense claims.
Key Requirements:
- DBS check
- An understanding of current Health & Safety and safe working practises
- An understanding of working to agreed Service Level Agreements is an advantage.
- Full driving licence
