Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Paid Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative campaigns within a fast-paced environment, utilising a broad range of digital advertising tools and strategies. The Senior Paid Media Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping our paid media strategy and ensuring its successful execution.

Duties

Develop and manage comprehensive PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and DoubleClick.
Conduct media buying activities to optimise ad spend and maximise ROI.
Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Implement SEO best practices to complement paid media efforts and improve organic visibility.
Create compelling ad copy and visual assets tailored to target audiences.
Conduct A/B testing to optimise ad performance and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content for various digital channels.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies relevant to paid media advertising.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, tick-tock ads and other digital media platforms.
Strong understanding of media buying strategies and PPC campaign management.
Proficiency in analysing campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related tools.
Knowledge of SEO principles and their integration with paid media strategies.
Experience with programmematic advertising platforms such as DoubleClick is desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
