Front of House Facilitator

6-9 month Fixed Term Contract

Wakefield

Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

We’re looking for a Front of House Facilitator to come join us, based at our Wakefield Depot. In this role you will provide a first‑class front‑of‑house service, supporting visitors, colleagues and the wider PHOENIX UK Group with reception duties, meeting room coordination, post room activity and general administration.

The Heart of the Role

Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional front‑of‑house service
Manage reception duties including greeting visitors, maintaining the area, and monitoring building entry/exit
Handle incoming and outgoing post, and arrange transport as required
Coordinate meeting room setups, ensuring equipment, AV, refreshments and materials are in place
Support employees with use of meeting room equipment and provide general administrative assistance
Assist Compliance and Data Protection teams by monitoring and responding to the compliance email inbox
