I'm looking for one exceptional person to help build what I believe can become one of the UK's leading air source heat pump companies.

I already own and operate successful businesses in the renewable energy and construction sectors, with established systems, marketing, finance, recruitment, and operational support already in place.
Now I'm launching a dedicated air source heat pump company and I'm looking for someone who wants to build something for themselves—not just collect a salary.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll take the lead in building and growing the company alongside me, including:
- Building the installation team.
- Recruiting engineers and office staff.
- Managing day-to-day operations.
- Ensuring high-quality installations.
- Developing systems and processes.
- Helping achieve MCS compliance and industry standards.
- Working with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Driving growth and profitability.
- Helping shape the long-term direction of the business.
What I'm Looking For
Ideally you'll have:
- Strong experience within the air source heat pump industry.
- Knowledge of MCS standards and renewable heating.
- Experience managing installations and technical teams.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
- A commercial mindset.
- Ambition to build a business rather than simply work in one.
