Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Wakefield. This role is vital in supporting our logistics operations by managing accurate and timely loading of our fleet of trailers, rigids and vans overnight.

Pay: £12.71+ per hour - paid weekly (Friday)

Job description: Night loader / Picker

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts to move goods safely.
Manage inventory.
Load and unload trucks efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
Assist with stock management.
Follow safety procedures at all times.
Support team members in daily warehouse operations.

Normal working hours will be 20:00hrs to 07:00hrs, starting on Monday night and finishing on Saturday morning. There will also be regular opportunities for overtime, and a service loyalty bonus.

The ideal candidate will have a counterbalance fork-lift licence and experience in a logistics environment, though this is not necessary as full training will be given, including in-house fork-lift training.
