We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Leisure Supervisor to join the team at Waterton Park Hotel. Set within stunning grounds and offering excellent leisure facilities, this is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about health, fitness, customer service, and team leadership.
As Leisure Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day operation of the leisure club, ensuring all guests and members receive a welcoming, professional, and safe experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising the daily operation of the leisure facilities
- Leading and motivating the leisure team
- Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained
- Supporting membership sales and retention
- Monitoring health & safety compliance and poolside supervision
- Assisting with staff training and rota management
- Maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the club
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within a leisure, fitness, or hospitality environment
- Supervisory or team leader experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Lifeguard qualification desirable (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
