We are seeking 1 or 2 people to take on a part time roll in our tap room and help us grow sales in 2026
Hours
- Saturday 12:00-1800
- More hours available during event season and as the business grows.
Main Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food, snacks and drinks.
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies liaising with brewery manager.
- Responsible for maintaining hygiene standards in the taproom, including kitchen, storeroom, cellar and bathroom.
- Work with the brewery team to deliver business targets and objectives.
- Stay guest focused and create an excellent guest experience.
Requirements
- Experience in the hospitality and/or customer service desirable.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Strong team skills but able to work independently when required.
- Attention to detail.
- Some knowledge of beer – however full training will be given.
- Ideally able to drive and have use of your own vehicle.
