We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CAD / CAFM Technician to join our Estates & Facilities team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing and maintaining accurate estate data, supporting operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic decision-making across multiple sites.
You will be responsible for reviewing and updating CAD drawings, managing CAFM system data, and contributing to the digital management of our estate through innovative technologies such as 3D scanning.
This role involves working across a variety of sites, including clinical and non-clinical environments.
Conduct on-site surveys to validate and update CAD drawings across all facilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date AutoCAD drawings (floor plans, site plans)
Manage and support the CAFM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Capture and process 3D scans and digital images for integration into estate systems
Collect and maintain asset data to support maintenance planning and compliance
Produce reports on space utilisation, maintenance backlog, and statutory compliance
Work collaboratively with Estates, Facilities, and Capital Projects teams
Provide technical advice and training to colleagues on CAFM processes and systems
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g. Health & Safety, Asbestos, PPM records)
Analyse complex data and present insights to support operational and strategic decisions
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
