UPVC & Aluminium Window and Door Installer
Location: Mold, Flintshire (Covering North Wales, Cheshire & the North West)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000–£58,389.10 per year (depending on experience)
Key Requirements
- Proven experience installing uPVC and aluminium windows and doors
- High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
- Positive, reliable and professional attitude
- CSCS Card, FENSA/MTC certification, and experience with conservatories, roof systems or garage doors are advantageous

The Role
We are looking for experienced uPVC and Aluminium Window and Door Installers to join our expanding installation team.
Working from our headquarters in Mold, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality installations while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install uPVC and aluminium windows and doors to a high standard
- Install composite doors, aluminium sliding doors and bi-fold doors
- Install conservatories, roof systems and associated home improvement products where required
- Ensure all work complies with current building regulations and industry standards
- Carry out installations safely, efficiently and professionally
- Communicate effectively with customers on-site
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment
- Complete installation paperwork accurately
- Represent Tower Windows professionally at all times
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience installing uPVC and aluminium windows and doors
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Full UK driving licence
- Positive, dependable and professional approach
Desirable Experience
- CSCS Card
- FENSA or MTC accreditation
- Experience installing conservatories, roof systems or garage doors
