Location: Brecon, Powys
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

The Role

As Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for:

Leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary team
Creating an outstanding experience for every patient
Managing the day-to-day operation of the practice
Driving practice performance and achieving key business objectives
Supporting and developing your team to reach their full potential
Ensuring compliance with NHS, HIW, GDC and regulatory standards
Managing recruitment, training and performance
Monitoring KPIs, budgets and operational efficiency
Encouraging a positive, professional and supportive workplace culture

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous management experience within dentistry (preferred)
Is an inspiring leader with excellent people skills
Is organised, proactive and commercially aware
Enjoys coaching and developing others
