Full job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Leader to join our team. As a Preschool leader, you will be responsible for managing a small team of staff who will assist you in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. You will play a vital role in their early education and development.

Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates on their child's progress via Famly app.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive and respectful atmosphere.
- Provide individualised attention and support to each child.
- Collaborate with other staff to create a cohesive learning environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the classroom and materials.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Proven ability to manage a classroom of young children
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Be able to communicate through the medium of Welsh.
- Previous experience working in childcare or preschool settings
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
