Registered Manager- Mental Health

Location: Merthyr Tydfil

Salary: £45,000

Bonus: Annual Bonus 21%

Keys Group are looking for a Registered Manager who brings more than just experience- someone who leads with integrity, humility, and a deep understanding of what outstanding care truly looks like. You'll be overseeing the operations of our 7 bed home in Merthyr. This service supports people with complex needs, predominately Mental Health with some mild Learning Disabilities & Brain Injuries.

We are looking for a Manger who is:

Experienced in a leadership role within Residential
Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality with Learning Disabilities
Demonstrates positive values
Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
Good awareness of CIW legislation, updates, changes and best practice
Holds or is working towards a Level 4 or 5 Qualification
