The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to manage the full 3D printing process while supporting the smooth running of our busy lab and office.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same—ideal for someone who enjoys both technical and administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 3D printing workflow (scan, set up, print, wash, cure, finish)
- Maintain 3D printers and manage stock of materials
- Track jobs and ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate with clients and external labs via phone and email
- Support admin tasks (data entry, filing, document prep)
- Pack and dispatch orders
- Maintain a clean, organised lab environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Good communication and phone skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills (Excel & Word)
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable (not essential):
- 3D printing experience
- Admin experience
- Dental knowledge
Full training provided.
