You're not a hard-closer. You're a connector — someone who listens, understands, and guides people toward decisions that genuinely improve their lives. But you also know that warmth without follow-through helps no one: the patient who never gets called back doesn't get the smile they wanted.
You bring both.
We generate hundreds of new enquiries every month. Your job is to turn that volume into booked, shown, and converted consultations — building trust fast and running a tight pipeline where nothing goes cold. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Be the warm, confident first voice new patients hear — guiding them from curious enquiry to booked, shown, and converted consultation.
- Re-engage lost and cold leads with outreach that brings them back.
- Own the CRM — log, track, and follow up with precision so no opportunity slips through the net.
- Book directly into TCO and clinician diaries, same or next day wherever possible.
- Partner with marketing, feeding real frontline insight back into campaigns to sharpen PPC performance.
- Work hand-in-glove with our Treatment Coordinators and reception teams to deliver a seamless patient journey.

- Availability — keep bookable windows open and pull appointments forward, not back.
- Personalisation — meet patients on their preferred channel and match the right reassurance to the right person.
- Volume done right — a structured multi-channel cadence (call, text, email) over the first days, then a smart taper — more touchpoints, more ways, never pushy.
What success looks like
- Speed-to-lead — consistently under 5 minutes on new enquiries.
- Consults booked — daily and weekly targets you'll be proud to report.
- No-show reduction — fewer misses, more smiles.
What you'll bring
- In-person or phone sales experience — you know how to read a room (or a call).
- Genuine empathy and confidence with potential patients - A consultative, engaging, non-pushy style.
- Discipline with systems — CRM, scripts, and follow-up cadence come naturally to you.
Above all, a coachable mindset and a willingness to learn about dentistry. We'll teach you the rest.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, full-time. Occasional weekend or evening availability may be required.
